TAKE THE LEAP

“The experience helped clear up a generalized idea of what I wanted—I wanted to be a software engineer but didn’t know everything that comes with it. Working alongside a strong team gave me insight into how important communication and collaboration are in this field. The work culture thrives on open discussion, continuous learning and support from peers, which empowered me to ask questions and seek help when needed. The experience helped me realize that software engineering isn’t only about technical skills. It’s also about learning from and building connections with so many people.”

Software Engineering Apprentice, Deloitte

“Joining Aon gave me the first real opportunity to prove what I was capable of in a corporate setting. I’ve worked in operations and strategy, supported internal communications and talent development, and partnered with senior leaders on crossfunctional projects. My goal isn’t just individual success, but to be the kind of person who keeps the door open behind him and who proves that background is not a barrier to impact.”
